Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VivaVibe. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties. Please read carefully.

 
1. Services Provided

 

VivaVibe offers event planning and coordination services, including but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Makeup artistry

  • DJ & entertainment

  • Event packages and vendor coordination

We are committed to delivering services as agreed in your booking confirmation or contract.

 
2. Bookings & Deposits
​

  • All bookings require a 50 % non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement.​

 
3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
​

  • Cancellations made [14 days] or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than [14 days] before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.​

 
5. Client Responsibilities
​

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your event.

  • Ensure the venue is accessible and ready for setup.

  • Obtain any necessary permits or approvals for the event.

 
6. VivaVibe Responsibilities
​

  • Deliver services as described in the booking confirmation or signed agreement.

  • Communicate promptly about any changes or unforeseen issues.

  • Use reasonable care and skill in performing our services.

 
7. Use of Images & Recordings
​

With your written or verbal consent, VivaVibe may use photographs, videos, or testimonials from your event for marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Liability
​

  • VivaVibe is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, emergencies).

  • Our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.​

 
9. Third-Party Vendors
​

  • VivaVibe may work with third-party vendors (e.g., photographers, DJs, makeup artists) to fulfill services.

  • While we select vendors with care, we are not liable for their actions or omissions unless directly contracted under VivaVibe.​

 
10. Governing Law
​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
