Refund Policy
At VivaVibe, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded.
1. Deposits

All deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable.

Deposits cover administrative costs and the reservation of your event date, which prevents us from accepting other bookings for that time.
2. Cancellations by Client

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as services and vendors are already confirmed and committed.
3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.

Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to additional fees and vendor availability.

Deposits from the original booking may be applied to the new date if rescheduling is confirmed in writing.
4. Cancellations by VivaVibe

In the unlikely event that VivaVibe must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

We may also offer to reschedule your event at no extra charge if possible.
5. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

VivaVibe is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule, but refunds will be issued only at our discretion and after deducting costs already incurred.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
