Refund Policy

At VivaVibe, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded.

 
1. Deposits
  • All deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable.

  • Deposits cover administrative costs and the reservation of your event date, which prevents us from accepting other bookings for that time.

 
2. Cancellations by Client
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as services and vendors are already confirmed and committed.

 
3. Rescheduling
  • If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to additional fees and vendor availability.

  • Deposits from the original booking may be applied to the new date if rescheduling is confirmed in writing.

 
4. Cancellations by VivaVibe
  • In the unlikely event that VivaVibe must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

  • We may also offer to reschedule your event at no extra charge if possible.

 
5. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
  • VivaVibe is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule, but refunds will be issued only at our discretion and after deducting costs already incurred.

 
6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
